This agreement covers the terms and conditions related to purchasing any products and services purchased through Brandafy.com. Please ensure you read and understand all conditions before making any purchase.

Cost of service is for your store design and setup. Which also includes products. Hosting is not provided as part of our service.  After your 14 day shopify trial runs out you must pay for your shopify store to be activated to continue hosting your store.

*Suppliers & Products please note we import products that are available from suppliers using Spocket. Spocket offers fast delivery of products at a monthly premium. Spocket pricing can be seen on their page. We do not bill you for any apps and are not responsible for any costs you incur from any apps or after any app free trial expires.  If you choose to not use Spocket you can simply use your product supplier of choice. After your store is delivered we are not responsible for the stock or inventory of any respective product or supplier. These are subject to change or removal at any time.

Apps and Subscription Payments: Bix Marketing, LLC DBA “Brandafy” does not charge any subscription or recurring fees for store building or creation services. Our fees are a one time payment. Upon delivery of your store, we release all liability and rights to your store. If you upgrade, use, install or purchase any apps. Other charges may occur that we are not responsible for. We also take no responsibility for any future subscription payments or charges you receive if any of your free trials expire or if you sign up for any apps on your Shopify store.

*Technical support includes any help with app support and basic store functions such as importing products. If member does not have an active Shopify subscription after 14 days Standard support becomes void and will not be rendered Note: Technical support DOES NOT include theme or layout customization. Our themes can be easily customized or changed and our services rendered are done once and are all final.

* Technical support does not include management of your business and store. Store owners are responsible to run their own store including, any changes done, products changes, Store owners are responsible to run their own store including, any changes done after store is completed.

**Please make sure to place your order with an email you have not used before to signup for a 14-day shopify free trial.

*Shopify payment gateway policies prohibit certain substances and items from being sold. Brandafy does not take responsibility or provide payment gateway/setup for unapproved products. Store owners are responsible for their own payment gateway approvals.

1. Fulfillment of Service

Once your order has been received, we will confirm your purchase within 48 hours. Our team will then begin working on your store. It’s important to note that we will give you an estimated delivery time. This is only an estimate and does not guarantee on time delivery.  If shopify is down or experiences any shutdown store may be delayed until Shopify is back online.

Store Access: If you order a redesign or revamp of an existing store. We will email you detailed instructions for giving us correct access. If we do not receive access to your store within 48 hours. A new store will be created and transferred. These transfers DO NOT INCLUDE FREE TRIALS.

2. Store Management & Products

Brandafy is not responsible for managing your store, products or changing product pricing.  Uppon delivery of your website or dropshipping store we release all liability and are exempt from any damages or liability. Prices of products are subject to change by any supplier and we are not held responsible for any product price.

3. Guarantees

We guarantee that we will provide a website with the potential to generate an online income. However we cannot guarantee that you will be successful and we cannot guarantee any profit.. The success of an online business depends on many factors, most of which will be down to you once you receive your website.
